Ignorance of rights not a bar to establishing constructive dismissal for non-payment of national minimum wage (CA)

In Mruke v Khan [2018] EWCA Civ 280 the Court of Appeal considered whether a tribunal had impermissibly taken into account an employee’s ignorance of her national minimum wage rights when it decided that she had not resigned in response to a breach of those rights and rejected her constructive dismissal claim.
